At Starts Store, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, our return policy allows you to shop with confidence.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@starts-store.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
